Coronavirus (COVID-19)

On Tuesday 24th the World Flying Disc Federation (WFDF) announced that it was officially cancelling or postponing all its international events.

The organisers of the WMUC 2020 event are extremely disappointed with this outcome, having invested significant efforts to bring it so far, but understand that the health and safety of all participants is paramount and that no alternative is available.

We are however hopeful that WMUC can be postponed until sometime late in 2021, and we will be working with WFDF and all the other partners and suppliers to investigate the feasibility of this.   We will closely monitor the COVID-19 outbreak and will only make a decision once we are certain that the threat has passed.

Our immediate goal is to perform a full financial reconciliation and to ensure that the maximum amount of money is available to be refunded to all players.  We ask that any team leaders or managers who have questions regarding these refunds please refer them directly to the WFDF event team (karina.woldt@wfdf.sport and patrick.fourcampre@wfdf.sport).

We wish everyone in the global Ultimate community the very best in these difficult weeks and months to come.  Please keep yourselves, your families and your local communities healthy and safe.

We look forward to seeing you, hopefully in 2021, fitter, stronger and healthier than ever.
